Problem with screen resolution

Question

Allright i made a program in 1280 x 800 and when i run it on a lower res like 800 x 600 it dosn't display right... do i have to resize all my buttons/things on the form to display right or is there a easy way to change it??? And if not is there a way to make sure on my next project to display everything right no matter what resolution im at. dynamically change the size of everything according to the resolution?
