HI Upendra Pratap Shahi,

Got the solution, But its Inserting Two times what modification i have to do in this trigger?

CREATE TRIGGER TRIGGER_UPDATE1

ON Depart

AFTER UPDATE AS

INSERT INTO [dbo].[TEAMS_AUDIT] ([DepartmentID], [Old Value],[New Value],[ModifiedDate])

SELECT i.[DepartmentID],d.[GroupName],i.[GroupName], getdate()

from inserted i

INNER JOIN deleted d ON i.DepartmentID = d.DepartmentID

put a column flag o and 1 for old and new record. it may help you

there is a way, when u update table just update the old record status (as 0) and insert new record with your latest updates(as status 1) instead update the same old record. Then you have the entire history of that record(means modifications).
