radio button list and dropdownlist in asp

Question

iam having radio button list like all empname  designation if iam select one radiobutton dropdown list will apper  iam selecting one from dropdown.


suppose if iam selecting another radio button bt dropdown list will shown with before value. but i want dropdown will reload in pageload how it is possible.


please help mee frndsss
