Regarding bluetooth module for Arduino

My question is that is it necessary to have a app in android mobile to access bluetooth module for Arduino. can't we direclty share out data as we do for normal transfer pourpose.

Yes, of course, few applications are neccessary for sophisticated communication between android to arduino bluetooth wthere you may be a beginer or rabit developer. nonthles, if you can posible to modifying bluetooth setting belongs to android then sure that not neccessary.
