Remote admin in c#

i am creating a remote admin application, there are few question i would like to clarify 1. how can i detect and get all ip of conencted pc in a same workgroup and diffrent workgroup but in the same domain? any references or sample code can show me how to do it? 2. How can i remotely get a list of process in a connected pc and how can i kill the process? Thank for clarify my doubt.
