Search word in document around 2 3 seconds (open source)

Question

Hi Experts,

 

In my application need to implement search functionality but it should be open source and performance wise need to search word around 3 seconds.

 

i tried  Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word but it is paid. 

 

Please help me on same
