SSH - Secure shell

Question

 guys!!

i am developing a windows application using .net framework 1.1 .In my application i need to connect remote server thorugh SSH protocol to get the files to be downloaded. i am actually new to this SSH secure shell. it would better if you people who has experience in SSH implementation give some ideas or the links that would be useful to get to know about SSH .
