As far as I know Expression Blend is not an API or class library or anything like that; it is an editor only for creating source code that uses an API or class library.

Thank you for the suggestion sir but what is available(.net article here) will remain available but whats wrong in working out for whats not avialable(Expression blend)

Use .Net instead. There are many articles in this web site about using .Net for XML.
