Sync GoogleDrive with pc using C#

Question

Hello,

 

I have create web application which is use Google Drive Api v3 and perform common task like upload, download and delete files from Google Drive. But now i want to sync that with my pc. 

I have found GoogleDriveSync desktop client which perform these task. But i want to create my own Client. I want to sync data with custom service using C#.

So please tell me how to do that? Is these possible? What are the different ways to do that.
