Text-to-Speech Conversion in C# on Page Scroll

Question

hi Developers ,

 

In my Project i ahve to add value added service to my Project. In a Testimonial page i have to Add Text-to-Speech Conversion in C#.

 

i have done this on Button Click . but my Boss want to when scroll a page it will convert all text to speech automatically.

 

so my Requirement is

 

1.Convert the Text to Speech when user scroll the page(it will Speak the word which we seeing on the browser)

 

2.If user select a particular text and click Ok for listen the selected text audio.

 

i am rying with google

 

so if anyone know my requirement kindly suggest me to i am done this
