Yes, ask your provider if it is Godaddy then their customer support (directly call not chat) that whether your hosting plan (Economy/Basic) provides MS Access support?

I just reading the data in exceI sheet ,It working fine I local system hosted the rest api in plesk , It shows "

" error I changed all the bit types like x32 , x64 ,x86 what ever I change I face same issue , Is there is any customization I need to do in plesk

Make sure AccessDatabaseEngine_X64.exe is insatalled in your server.
