Upload Multiple Attachments From Different FileUploaders C#

I have a page with multiple file uploaders under different IDs. I would like at the finish button click save all these attachments into a SQL server table and be able to retrieve them using the fileName after submission.The image below shows my page that I would like to submit to SQL

Its for single upload. but you can achive your functionality using for loop if your uploader numbers are fixed.
