User Control (Activex) with Unsafe code dosen´t run in IIS vs I.Explorer

Question

I need to create a user Control to run in Internet Explorer / IIS 5.0. Before I put some unsafe codes, it runs perfectly... When I treid to insert an unsafe code the Activex stoped. Over "Activex Control Test Container" it runs correctly. Security Configuration problem?
