WCF service with dependency injection

I need to implement POC of a WCF service with dependency injection.I googled but I didn't get any detailed information.

How to use Unity or Autofac in WCF service to achieve dependency injection?

I am completely new to WCF and Dependency Injection Concepts,if any Step by Step example will helpful.

Please help me on this. Thanks in advance
