What is the best way to learn MVC?

I am a Dot Net Developer, don't have any problem to handle any project in Asp Dot Net, but Now a days MVC and Javascript frameworks in demand, i want to learn both of them, could anybody suggest me the best way to learn it.

I would suggest to take a look at free video series where you can learn with example at Channel 9.

Best way to learn MVC is first prepare a demo project which cover almost all the sanerio and then as per the problem you face search on internet or read the tutorial.
But first always take some basic idea regarding the technology.

And start coding as soon as you can. Make up a project of your own from your imagination and start working on it.
There is absolutely no substitute to the hands on experience.
