What is the data type for BigInt to use in my model

I have bigInt as a datatype in SQL. When I try Int64/Int32/long in my model, it gives me an error. What else can I use as a datatype in my model for BigInt?

It is System.Data.SqlClient.

Okay. Try like this. If that is not helpful, then you may want to try SQLData types, where your statement will change from reder.GetInt64 to GetSqlInt64.
public void nactiData()
{
        SqlCommand cmd = new SqlCommand(YourQuery, con);
        con.Open();
        SqlDataReader reader = cmd.ExecuteReader();

        if (reader.Read())
        {
            var bigintData = reader.GetInt64(1);

        }

        con.Close();
    }

Whe i used reader.GetInt64, it does not accept reader. It is giving me an error if I am missing an assembly reference.

No I am not using reader.GetInt64. Also, seems like using SQLDataReader for the receipt no. does not enable me to retrieve the Receipt no. from the database.

Oh I used System.Data.SqlClient

But public SqlDataReader ReceiptNo { get; set; } is what worked for me.

What is the assembly reference for reader.GetInt64?

Are you using reader.GetInt64(columnOrdinal) method to retrieve the values?
