Depending on both situation.Depending on your current salary, 15-20% hike is pretty good and you ask for more than this also,

It all depends on you. Look for an average salary in market. Ask what your friends are getting with similar experience and expertise. If you're really in demand and company wants you, you can ask 10% extra. You obviously want to ask more than what you're already making. Depending on your current salary, 15-20% hike is pretty good.
