What should I do ?

You are locked now in the situation of "You cannot get job without experience & You cannot gain experience without Job".. If you break one, the other will be automatically broken.

I can suggest 2 ways to break the current situation. One is shortcut, second is long-cut. :)

I had seen people who had suppli, lecture experience use a shortcut of purchasing fake experience certificate, create their own company etc. They had survived as they entered small companies using the exp. certificate.

Although I am against such things, I had to say the above method as I am a Solution Provider here.. We have to provide solutions without hampering any side!

But remember, once you are in the job Knowledge actually matters, not experience certificate. If you cannot perform well in the job even with original certificates, job won't sustain.

If you are honest & cannot perform the above like me, then we can see the second solution.

The straight forward solution is to break is the "experience part". I would suggest you choose your passion area like "asp.net", iphone, android & practice some projects on it. If you are ready to work for free, you can take any small work from guru.com, elance.com etc. I would say practicing projects are better than wasting time waiting for results. As you play in the demanding skills area, i believe some company will be forced to take you. Tell them the truth that you practiced projects part-time & could have purchased nakli-experiences, but you were honest & admitted the truth.

As you have not mentioned about any project experience, but you said "knowledge to work with any software company" i doubt you have only academic knowledge. Our B.Tech, MCA syllabus are far different from industrial trends, so companies have a habit of making freshers as trainees, even though some freshers are exceptionally good.

So, as you skipped the trainee part after your degree, you need to start there again. Doing projects will make you gain the solid experience.. Plus you can read articles, work on forums to build the knowledge base.. These all will hep you with the real interviews. As additional tip, i would say practice Interview Questions books as well.

I would advise that you don't adopt the idea of fake experience certificates and stuffs.

Keep on searching for some job and freelancer projects.

You will definately get it.

After all, knowledge and wisdom matters the most. And not the type of job that you do.
