Twilio is free or licensed version??

WART has been depreciated right now. You can use twillo or any other third party services or if you have big business and want to serve customer then you can ask WhatsApp business to provide their API (if you provide them your scenario by filling a form then they might provide you their API)

Thanks for your support but unable to register my number in WART registration tool.it showing old version error and twillio provide trail version not provide free version.
