Add An Item in Share Point List from incoming email content

Hello,

 

I want to design A Miscrosoft Flow to extract content (Few IDs, Notitication Nos) of an incoming email and want to put add/update items in a List in Sharepoint or Online Excel Sheet. I further want to show those list in Power App.
