Binding an .AAR (Xamarin.Android)

Hello, guys, I create the .aar file to dll with following the instruction which given by https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/xamarin/android/platform/binding-java-library/binding-an-aar this article, I have added .aar file in Jars folder then I set the LibraryProjectProperties then I build but it gives me an error, can anyone clarify what I doing wrong.
