Configuration error: allowDefinition='MachineToApplication'

I have a program that takes a picture of a person from a web camera. Running locally doesn't give an error. But, when I deployed and access the program from a web browser I got the error below:

I hope someone can help me solve this issue. Thanks a lot.

Hello Rajanikant. Thanks for the link. I was able to get rid of the former error but I now have faced another problem.

as you can see, there is nothing to capture. I don't understand why. When running in my local machine, it works perfectly. But, when I deployed it to my server (IIS) I got this.
