I need a js code to create a file and append the array into the file and make changes in the file and retreive values from a file using es6 javscript file functions for below attached file

You can try something link this.
var fso = new ActiveXObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject");
var a = fso.CreateTextFile("c:\\testfile.txt", true);
a.WriteLine("This is a test.");
a.Close();
