Xamarin.forms is allow you to built Android,ios and windows application using single codebase where in xamarin.android and xamarin.iOS you have to write code as per platform.

Xamarin forms is used to build apps for iOS, Android and UWP. Apps build with xamarin forms is hybrid (means one for all), whereas xamarin.ios and xamarin.android is build for an individual platform.
