Dll Issues after bulid in mvc 4

You are not adding reference in your application properly,

are you able to find dll in local drive on project path.if yes

so right click=>property=>copy to local.

if no add again.

Are you sure there are no exclamation marks next to your referenced DLL's in Solution Explorer?

Also, can you supply:

a) Code snippet of of where the error is occuring

or

b) A pastebin of the file where the error is occuring, including namespace declarations.

Could you please paste, what error you are getting during the compilation ?

Also, you can check the framework version from Solution explorer -> references -> right click on reference assembly -> properties
