How to access a .net core dll from excel

I just checked this out, thanks for the suggestion, however it also seems to be framework based.

I also dont see any article for .NET core reference in VBA. Can you use VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office), and create a Excel add-in.  This add-in will be in managed code and can refer .NET core dlls.

Thanks but thats .Net framework not .Net Core.
