How to access my usercontrol in other program?

Question

Hariom (a word to wish)... Plese guide me that how can I access my usercontrol out of the same program? I just choosen the Customized Toolbox. There are two tabs COM components and .Net Framework Components. I could not get my usercontrol listed there. Even I click on the Browse button too, but it displays an error message in both the cases. It asks for an exe in .Net Framework. solve this qry please. Thanx in advance
