How to distribute the published C# solution

Question

I created a C# program, and published it to a local folder.

After install (on my computer) it runs nicely.

 

How can I share it with other remote users?

Seding the install files is not a good idea.

 

Is there a way I could (free?) share it through Azure?

Any other option?

 

Ideally I would send the users a link "download and install from here".
