How to find orphan storage accounts under Azure subscription

I see few storage accounts in my Azure subscription which do not show any data in Monitoring page as shown below

I also do not see any container.

Does it conclude that storage account is orphan? Can I go ahead and delete?

Even I have used Microsoft Azure Storage Exploer, I see only some junk data under Tables
