I can not to create a Primary Key in a Access Table

The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship. (Error 3022)

 

That´s the error i got when i try to create a PK in table without any relationship with another tables.

 

Someone out there who got the same error?
