Suppose a web api is there , which is for get the information of product. now if there will be 100000 hit on that api at the same time then , how the sql helper will hanlde this type of senario.. and how many coneection will be open between data base and ado.net.. please explain if some budy can do.?

You need to develop cache memory for storing that products list into it and each an every call that cache data will be called, otherwise web api will crashed.
