Insert Random Number To Table Every 30 Days

Hello DBA's, I need your assistance. I need to insert a random numbers (9 numbers) to my table every 30 days. I have a query to generate the random numbers but I don't know how to insert it every 30 days.

INSERT INTO [dbo].[tblVehicleType2]
([ChassisNumber])
SELECT FLOOR(RAND() * POWER(CAST(10 as BIGINT), 9))

Any help is hightly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Piyush and Madan for your response. I did it in the backend of my application.
private void InsertNewLicense()
        {

            DateTime datecreated;
            JesapDataAccess date = new JesapDataAccess();
            datecreated = date.GetLicenseCreatedDate();

            string licenseCreated = datecreated.ToString();
            string today = DateTime.Now.ToString();
            int LicenseCreated = Libraries.DayNum(today, licenseCreated);

            if (LicenseCreated >= 30)
            {
                JesapDataAccess.InsertNewLicense();
            }
