Friends,
I need a solution for my problem. I have Windows 7 installed in one system, i want to install Windows Server 2008 R2 as well to the same system. Can some one provide me some exact steps on how to do that in detail. i was trying to get some links but nothing provides clear idea..

After installing it, steps are pretty simple. It allows you to run multiple OS on same machine.

Please ensure that you have enabled VT-x/AMD-V properly in the BIOS of your host computer

And can use ISO to install Win 2008 R2 in this VM.
I have done the same thing. I have Win 7, 64 bit on my laptop and Installed Win 2008 R2 on Virtual Box.
You may use attached document for your reference, you may skip the software you don't want to install. This pdf provides very nice steps to install Win 2008 R2 on VirtuaBox.

Same thing you have to do for this. Put the other Operating System cd. Do dedicate a separate hard drive spice. It is ike if you have C:\for windows xp then allocate any other drive apart from C: to install your new OS.
On another note you can install both OS on C:, but i wud advice not to do as your primary partition will become clogged.
