regarding refresh a asp.net page

Dear All,

 

I have a two page form .in my first page there are dropdown button . yes or no . when i click on yes button then goes to another  cloumn there is add new row . when i click on add new row button add the row inserted but refresh the page and top of the page where  i was click on yes button it is hidden.I am using autopostback = true . please tell me the another way i think it is use ajaxtool . but i dont know how to use . pleae help us.
