amp form and need to send user filled data to sql server

Today I'm creating a form in our amp project I need to send data to database how can I do that? If anybody has an idea please let me know. Thanks in advance. Happy Coding...

I am wondering if you found a solution.. I too have a AMP (Google Accelerated Mobile pages) template, and I want to have the form contact data insert into a mysql database.
