I am not sure either i should post this here or not ,recently I got a job offer from an agency and their manager ask me to create azure ,AWS and google cloud account by using my own credit card and free trail , he ask me to give the credentials email and password even though my card is having no balance , but is it safe to share this sensitive information with him , he said I will put your account under my organization so i need username and password of these cloud environments.

Sounds very suspicious to me. So suspicious that you probably should report it to a law enforcement agency.
