I Everyone, I'm a winform developer right now in a organization and want to switch to web developer so please suggest me to how to change my profile and what I want to learn and prepare for interview

You want to switch to Web Developer role. That's really nice. You need to understand how things work behave in Web. Any framework that has been built and any technology that is used. The end outcome is HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Frameworks comes later as Jaish says, focus on Understanding the building blocks of Web. The necessity of building Web Server, Session Management, etc.

Myself spent 5-6 years mostly in desktop development and then adopted web as well. So don't take a step to move on web development, but take a step to adopt web development as well.

Please don't adapt any specific framework at 1st, but understand the difference between Web and Desktop development generally. So focus below areas as 1st step.
- Session management in web development - This is the most confusing area between web and desktop
- Whats the dependency with browser for web development
- What is a stateless protocol?
- Identify Pros and Cons of both Web and Desktop development
Once google above areas and understood, yourself can proceed with next steps.
