In my opinion, we can’t really ignore the cloud technologies as of today. Therefore, you should have at least a good understanding of a certain cloud platform. In your case you’re a .NET developer Azure is a good start.

Maybe you can start playing around with Azure storage as a .NET developer. Then, while learning Azure, you can then choose the next related technologies you are passionate about. Or you can also leverage the Machine learning and AI of Azure.

It's all the great options if you can move forward with a passion. Well, according to the future aspects you can go with Cloud technologies or Data Science. Once you will get the exact idea of Data Science it would be much easier to jump up in Machine Learning and Automation. 

Apart from these comparing with your knowledge and experience,  SAP is also a good one. But choose the proper field/module to move on.
