To receive mail in my sql server, the mail sent from gmail

I want to receive the mails sent by others from there gmail or outlook account to my sql server hosted in azure portal. I have a domain name so that I can use that for my mail id creation.

How to do this in C# ?. How will be the table structure?.

can we do this as a web api or it can be done only in wpf?
If we host in our local server with a static ip address . so to that domain address what ever mail come will be in my server. Is this possible
