VS2008 - ORA:12154:TNS:Could not Resolved connect

Question

Hi,

 

I am trying to Connect to Oracle DB using Oracle Data client. but I am getting error : ORA-12154: TNS:could not resolve the connect identifier specified

 

I am using TNSNAMES and entry in tnsnames and sqlnet are proper. I have SQL Developer and I am able to connect through SQL DEVELOPER but not with C# I am continuously getting the same error. I search on net and tried most of the solution but not resolved my issue. 

 

My operating system is wondows10. Visual Studio 2008 and i m trying to Connect Via Putty to Remote.
