  Shankar, have you tried to call the api manually using postman or fiddler?
  Try to call "http://localhost:49852/api/Review/GetReviewHistory/0/15" and check if there is any issue of "calling multiple time controllers". What is the complete exception?

  You need to change RouteConfig
