How to submit a download which is containing the asp.net code(as a .zip file)?

hai this is praveen here.iam registered user and i have a couple of articles at this site.
now i want to submit a code as a resource or as a download and iam not able to find the relevant page for that.
we have a page called "new submissions" but in that if i move on to resource or a download submission its asking for a href link.
i have my app on my desktop and i want to upload that to the site.
can anyone please help me in this issue.

These days best way is to share code is to make repo is Github or ant other git provider and the share repo link, and i it is front end code then Codepen is best.
