Need Idea for online website or product.

Question

I am thinking about to develop some website or product for licencing, I searched a lot and not able to get any idea. I am working in clicksoftware india and it has a software for workforce Management. I cannot develop like this as it would require many years to develop. If you see int the market we have app or website on every idea. Do you think any idea is left which i can spend my time on developing that. If i do so, my coding skills would also be increased. Please suggest.
